A fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and dishwasher. Three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and one with a double bed. Two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. Upstairs there is a living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV, four bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and two with a double bed each. A bathroom with bathtub and finally a bathroom with shower.

OUTSIDE: Large plot with a 10x5 swimming pool with metal stairs and ample space for sunbathing in the sun loungers as well as a covered barbecue for outdoor dining. There is parking on the plot for four vehicles.

LOCATION: It is only 900 m from the sandy beach of Moraira and 700 m from the nearest restaurants. The nearest supermarket can be reached in 1,5 km as well as the centre of Moraira. The centre of Calpe is 13 km away.

REMARKS: Internet is not available. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with supplement.
