Located on the seafront at the tip of the prestigious Cap Blanc urbanisation in Moraira, this villa offers spectacular sea views, giving the sensation of floating above it, with views of both Moraira and Calpe and its iconic Peñón de Ifach.

Just a few steps away is the idyllic and little-known Punta Estrella cove, with its crystal-clear waters. Additionally, several restaurants and supermarkets are only 600 metres away.

The villa is distributed over two floors. The main floor features three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), two bathrooms with showers, a living-dining room, and a kitchen with an island. The spacious porch includes a dining area and a chill-out area. Outside, there is a pool area with a large terrace and sun loungers, offering stunning sea views. The villa also has ducted hot/cold air conditioning by Mitsubishi and modern ceiling fans with remote control.

The lower floor has its own entrance from the outside and consists of a large living-dining room with a sofa, fireplace, dining table, an extra fridge, and a generously sized fourth bedroom, along with a bathroom with a shower.

The native garden adds a natural touch to the villa, offering several shaded areas that are especially appreciated in the hotter months.
