The Moulin gîte, 3 bedrooms, is located in the old mill. Another gîte on site can accommodate 5 people, Le Moulin du Pêcheur (H53G010827).
On site swimming pool 4m x 8m and 1.50m deep, shared, open in July and August (rules of use on site).
Nearby, numerous activities: swimming lake at Le Pertre (10km), Robert Tatin Museum (6km) with its giant sculptures (all outdoors), Château de Craon (8km), Arboretum nursery (15km), Refuge de l’arche du Château-Gontier (25km) as well as the market on Thursday mornings; Guerche de Bretagne market on Tuesday (25km). 15km from Laval: Aquabulle, Lactopole, the largest milk museum.
The must-sees: Mont St Michel (1h15) and Saint-Malo.
Passionate about sports? Greenway (7 km), trail in Coupeau (12 km) or the Rincerie Wake-park (25 km), treetop adventure course at Orbière in Forcé (20km). If you do not take the cleaning option, a “cleaning guarantee” check for €120 must be deposited with the owner upon entering the premises.
Professional stay: maximum 3 adults. Mandatory cleaning (1 package / stay of 1 to 14 nights) - Mandatory linen.
On site: bar open from Tuesday to Sunday (drinks, sandwiches, fries, ice cream, etc.) - Store for emergency products, fishing bait.
Possibility of renting a campervan pitch (ask when booking).
FISHING: no-kill - open from 1/3 to 30/9 - several themed bodies of water: shots, carpodromes, trout in spring. Paid: release of trout - reserved space for carp anglers (€50 per week) - Pond depth: one pond from 80cm to 2.5m and the 25ha pond from 1m to 4m.
Pets allowed.
When you enter the premises, we will ask you for your Resort insurance certificate (to be prepared on the web on your insurance account) or failing that, a copy of your Civil Liability insurance.
Animals are welcome, you will ensure that they do not enter the rooms and are kept on a leash on the property. It is forbidden to leave him alone in the cottage.
