This spacious 40 m² studio is ideally located in the center of Montgenèvre with a view of the slopes.
This large studio consists of:
- a sleeping area closed with a curtain, with two bunk beds and a double bed
- a living room with a sofa without a bed and television which opens onto a south-facing balcony.
- a fitted and recently renovated kitchen area
- a renovated bathroom with sink
- and separate toilet.
Our animal friends are not allowed.

The best of this mountain rental: Studio with a view of the peaks and ski slopes of Montgenèvre.
Housekeeping on request.

Great location for ski access noise from resturant below untill midnight Great smell from bakery below Agency very helpfull

Appartement en pieds de piste avec vue sur le bas de la station. On marche littéralement 1 minute pour chausser les skis, diner au restaurant ou faire du shopping. L'appartement inclut un petit casier à ski et l'agence où on recupere les clés est littéralement sous le logement, ce qui rend très pratique la logistique d'arrivée et de départ. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. Il n'est évidemment pas au goût du jour mais ça ne dérange en rien. Les volumes des pièces sont memes plutôt généreux par rapport aux appartements qu'on trouve habituellement en station! Tres bon sejour!

Ideal apartment, especially the location - including a balcony looking out onto the slopes (just walk across the road and you’re skiing/snowboarding!) Super friendly and helpful, especially Daniela (I think that’s her name… the blonde lady!) - always came with a smile to help any way she could!We were super happy with the whole experience, exceeded our expectations!Bring your own towels and stuff btw :-)
