At the Lanes Gîte, which can accommodate 4 people, everyone is welcome! Here, there are many activities nearby: hiking, the villages of Grenade sur l'Adour and St Sever where you can enjoy their municipal swimming pool, their shops and their market... It is in a rural setting, where calm and rest are the key words that you can stay. Without forgetting Eugénie les bains, a renowned spa resort, which is very close by. A special spa rate is offered to you. Here we will give you the best welcome and guide you in discovering our beautiful region: good restaurant addresses, must-see places to visit... we are waiting for you! In a rural setting, calm guaranteed at the Lanes gîte. Gîte adjoining the owner, fitted out on the ground floor with: - living room,
- kitchen, - shower room, - 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds). - 2 steps separate the kitchen from the living room, baby bed on request, separate toilet. Electric heating, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, TV, Wifi. Sheets provided. Outside: garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, swing, badminton. Partially enclosed land shared with owners 3000 m² opposite the gîte, private area of 50 m². Neighbour other than the owner 50 m away. Parking.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 litres of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Any excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
