A great address! At the gateway to the Morvan Natural Park Not far from the medieval city of Semur-en-Auxois, and nestled at the gateway to the Morvan Natural Park, Montberthault is a small, peaceful town where life is good.

You will stay in a chalet-style cottage for 4 people, ideal for families.

You will have a pleasant living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining room. The sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional people. Shower room with WC.

You will have two bedrooms, one on the ground floor with two 90x190cm single beds, offering direct access to a small terrace.
The other is on the 1st floor (relatively steep staircase). 140x190cm bed.

On the other, the bright living room (flat screen TV). Washing machine available in the cottage.

Garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue to enjoy the very pleasant outdoors.
Looking for peace and greenery, you will be charmed! Garden, wooded park of 4000m2 and fish pond.
The swimming pool (4x8m), secured by a dome (unheated), ensures you good moments of relaxation with your family. It is shared with the owners living on site as well as the occupants of our 2nd gîte (gîte for 4/6 people).
It is open from April to the end of October, from 9 [hidden] to 8 [hidden] and depending on the weather.

Ping-pong table and many games for young and old available in a Finnish Kota!
