Large living room with fireplace (4 steps). 5 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds, one of which is suitable for people with reduced mobility with shower room and WC each, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds, shower room and WC each. 1 shower room and 1 other separate WC.

Games room included in the service with table football and table tennis. The games room is in the basement.
Baby equipment (travel cot + high chair + small bathtub) on request.

Courtyard and enclosed garden with pétanque court. Large sheltered terrace with barbecue area. Balcony with view of the pastures of the Serein Valley and the hills of Morvan. Free Wi-Fi. For weekend rentals, departure at 4:00 [hidden] Pets are not allowed.

Beautiful hiking trails. A few kilometers away, beach at Panthier Lake, Chamboux Lake and the village of Châteauneuf en Auxois, labeled the most beautiful village in France. In the center of the main Burgundy sites: Dijon, Beaune, Vezelay, Autun.

Electricity, cleaning fee included in the rates.

Sheets: €6 for a single bed and €12 for a double bed. Towels: €2 for the stay per person. Central heating wood/oil according to consumption (0.11€ /Kwh calorie meter).

Gîte for 15 people maximum including children AND babies.
