Internet connection via fiber ideal for teleworking. A small animal may be accepted on request, cats refused. Public transport with direct access to Rouen 100m away. This charming house is located in Mont-Saint-Aignan in the quiet of a cul-de-sac and has a 400m² enclosed garden and a south-facing terrace.
You can access local shops 100m walk from the gîte (bakery, tobacconist, brewery, pharmacy) and reach Rouen about 5 minutes by car. You will appreciate the calm of the place, the comfort of the equipment and the brightness of the rooms overlooking the enclosed garden. The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people with the very good quality sofa bed in the living room and the sleeping area in the bedroom/dining room with its large double bed (160x200cm). The accommodation is equipped with an alarm with image capture. The alarm and image capture are deactivated during your stay. Only the door leading to the floors (not accessible, floor not occupied) remains permanently alarmed.
