LE MONT-DORE, dans une résidence neuve, située à 400m de l'hyper centre, des Thermes et de toutes commodités, très bel appartement de type T3, d'une surface de 54m², au deuxième étage avec ascenseur. Accès WIFI illimité.
L'appartement se compose d'une entrée, une belle pièce à vivre combinant séjour (avec canapé convertible 2 couchages) et cuisine US/salle à manger, le tout exposé plein OUEST et ouvrant sur agréable balcon disposant d'une splendide vue sur le Sancy et le Capucin.
Toujous au même niveau, 2 chambres: une grande avec lit double et nombreux rangements, une seconde plus petite avec 2 lits simples superposés.
Salle d'eau (douche). WC indépendant.
Place de parking extérieure privative et couverte.
Cave en sous-sol.
Forfait ménage sur demande: 90€
Location pour 6 personnes maximum
Arrivées du lundi au samedi (hors jours fériés) de 15h à 17h30, vous rendre directement à l'agence.
Toute arrivée en dehors de ces horaires devra faire l'objet d'un accord écrit.

TRES BON et RAPIDE ACCUEIL TELEPHONIQUE

Après avoir trouvé cet appartement sur be and be, nombreux problèmes pour finaliser la location. Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux. Toutefois, 140 € plus cher que si nous étions passés par l'agence !!! Appartement conforme aux photos, très fonctionnel et moderne. Avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la crise actuelle.

Bel appartement, calme, moderne et fonctionnel avec un emplacement idéal proche des commerces et du centre ville du Mont Dore. A 5min en voiture de la station de ski et à 15-20min de la route des fromages, du lac de Guery/Chambon, des puys etc.Terrasse exposée très agréable.Parfait pour un séjour à la montagne !Check in et check out avec l’agence locale très fluide: dommage que Poplidays ne fournisse pas le contact de l’agence locale dès la réservation (nous avons dû les appeler pour obtenir le contact du check in).
