25 km south of Nantes, 10 km from Clisson and 500 m from the Sèvre, this 18th century mill is located in a quiet area, with a breathtaking view of the vineyard.
Enclosed garden of 350 m² with terrace (north). Spa from spring 2025.
Ground floor: separate kitchen, large living room (2 steps) with pellet stove and open onto the terrace, laundry room, shower room and separate WC.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 90x190 bed.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom (separated by curtains) with 2 twin 90x190 beds.
3rd floor: 1 bedroom with 160X200 bed.
Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player, Hifi system, baby equipment (bed + mattress, booster seat, bathtub and changing mat), gas barbecue.
Not included: electric heating (meter reading) and pellet stove (8€/bag), sheets, towels and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee (80€ for holidaymakers, 95€ for professionals).
