On a wine-growing estate in the heart of the village of Monnières, 500 m from the Sèvre (fishing, hiking, canoeing, etc.), 8 km from Clisson and 20 km from Nantes, typical gîte, adjoining the farm buildings. Guest rooms on site (total capacity 14 p.). Private unfenced garden of 100 m² not adjoining (separated by an access path).
Ground floor: lounge/living room with open fitted kitchen.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200 that can be separated + 2 beds 90x190), shower room and separate toilet.
