Independent house next to the owners' house, with a private garden of 500m2 and a wooden terrace of 30m2.
On the ground floor, it has a fitted kitchen (with oven, fridge-freezer) open to the living room (TV, speaker, decorative fireplace, sofa, Wifi), a bedroom with 1 bed of 140x190 cm and a dressing room, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and separate toilet, and on the 1st floor, a large mezzanine with 1 bed of 140x190.
Access to the swimming pool (shared with the owners) is via the communal garden: chlorine, unheated, dimensions 5X10m, depth 1.70m at the deepest, with entrance by steps, secured by an alarm and a fence, open from June to the end of September.
Bicycle storage possible in an outbuilding on site. Private parking in the communal courtyard.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair on request. Towels and sheets provided (beds made on arrival), cleaning at the end of the stay included. No pool towels. If you have not yet discovered Bergerac and its surroundings, this cottage is ideally placed to explore this beautiful wine region. With family or friends, you can discover the bastides of the Périgord Pourpre: Monpazier, Eymet, Beaumont du Périgord, Issigeac... Of course, the wine chateaux abound in the area, which will allow you to taste the delicious grape varieties of our land. As for chateaux, do not miss Monbazillac, Bridoire, Tiregand, some of which offer entertainment for the whole family! Finally, a little detour through the old town of Bergerac will offer you beautiful walks on foot or on the water thanks to the gabarres that crisscross the Dordogne!
