Calm and rest for this independent house located in the countryside, 4.5km from the Don River (Forges, hiking trails, etc.) and 8km from Châteaubriant. Enclosed, wooded grounds of 900 m² with terrace and games for children (bowls, rackets and badminton net, footballs and basketballs). 2 adult bikes available (1 mountain bike and 1 classic women's bike). Parking on the property.
Single storey: living room/living room with open fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms including 1 small (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds), shower room and separate WC.
Additional equipment: radio/CD, freezer compartment.
Included: sheets (beds made on arrival).
Not included: electric heating, electricity and bathroom linen. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (€65).
Animals: deposit 100€.

Logement confortable dont nous avons profité car tres mauvais temps. Le seul défaut a notre gout est l'isolement du logement, 10 min de voiture minimum sont indispensables pour faire quoi que ce soit.
