East terrace accessible from the 1st floor + private enclosed garden with trees (300 m²) on the riverbank located opposite the cottage (5 m opposite). Fishing room (fridge/tank with aerator).
Ground floor: living room (wood stove), fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), 1 small glass room closed by curtain (90x190 bed), shower room, separate toilet.
Floor: 1 bedroom (bed 160x200 + bed 90x190) and shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, radio/CD, tumble dryer, complete baby equipment.
Included: sheets (beds made).
Not included: wood/electric heating, electricity and towels. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (€65). Animals: €100 deposit (Animals on request).
