Gîte located in the countryside, in a village on the edge of the Brière Regional Park, at the gateway to Morbihan and the Guérande peninsula, set up in a Nantes house (all upstairs). Private enclosed garden of 315 m² with garden furniture, swing and barbecue.
Comfortable gîte: fitted kitchen open to lounge/living room (south), 3 bedrooms (1: 2 beds 100x200, 2: bed 160x200, 3: bed 90x200), shower room and separate WC.
Additional equipment: baby equipment, hifi, DVD player, freezer, mini table football/billiards/tennis, Wi-Fi access.
