Come and discover our resort by staying in this charming 2-star semi-detached house, ideally located in the heart of Mimizan Plage.
Just 200 meters from the fine sandy beaches, you can easily enjoy swimming and relaxing, while being close to restaurants, bars, entertainment and other must-see places in the region. The privileged location of this house allows you to do everything on foot, for a most pleasant stay.
Inside, you will have all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. The house can accommodate up to 6 people, making it the ideal place for a stay with family or friends. It consists on the ground floor of a spacious living room with sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), as well as a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a bathroom with toilet and washing machine, as well as a bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds.
For your moments of relaxation, you will also enjoy a beautiful covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha, as well as a private parking space.

Bonjour, l'emplacement du logement à Mimizan plage est idéal, celui-ci est bien équipé, propre à notre arrivéeles 2 points négatifs lors de notre séjour sont :la présence de souris dans le logement, l'agence Orpi à été réactive en nous procurant une prise à ultrasons et la possibilité de faire intervenir un deratiseur.ces nuisibles étaient déjà présents dans le logement car nous avons découvert par la suite une tapette à souris et du poison, il est dommage que le locataire précédent ne l'ai pas ssignalé...l'autre point négatif est une literie très vétuste.
