Located on the 3rd floor of a secure residence with elevator, this apartment has all the equipment and comfort necessary to spend a pleasant stay at Mimizan Plage for a weekend or for the week with family or friends.
It includes on the ground floor an equipped kitchen area (washing machine, induction hob, fridge / freezer, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster) open to the living room (television, sofa bed) and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom with WC.
The balcony will offer you in addition to its breathtaking view of the ocean, a superb view of the current.

Très bon emplacement mais appartement à l'abandon

Excellent accueil de l'équipe Orpi de Mimizan. L'appartement est idéalement placé c'est son atout majeur. Par contre il est laissé à l'abandon avec beaucoup de pb: - la lumière dans le séjour est insuffisante avec le néon qui est cassé. On a du s'éclairer avec les téléphones ! - la salle de bain est vétuste - il y a une cocote minute mais elle ne marche pas avec l'induction (elle est en alu) - 2 frigo : inutile pour 4 mais un lave vaisselle serait appréciable. J'arrête l'inventaire des pb car la liste est longue. Je pense que les prestataires devraient au moins s'assurer du bon état du bien loué. Pour plus de 1000€ la semaine, ca sent la rentabilité à l'extrême sans souci du confort des locataires. Cordialement. L. Santiquet.

Logement idéalement situé face à l’océan, superbe vue. Possibilité de se garer dans les rues adjacentes sans trop de difficulté. Simple et efficace. Dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas rénovée ainsi que la location de drap soit payante. Manque de 2 oreillers et couette pour 1 couchage pour la première nuit mais agence plutôt réactive.

Emplacement idéal avec vue sur l'océan très appréciable !Équipements super sauf pour la literie.Pas de place de parking mais pour de la hors saison pas gênant.
