Ideally located on the edge of the current (arm of the sea) and in the immediate vicinity of the ocean, this charming Landes-style semi-detached house offers an ideal setting for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.
It can accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for a stay with family or friends.
Thanks to its privileged location, just 150 m from the cycle paths, you can discover the must-see places in our region while exploring the magnificent pine forests. Walks along the current will also take you to our fine sandy beaches, just a few steps away.
On the interior side, the accommodation includes an entrance hall, a shower room, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, microwave, oven, hob). The main room, bright and welcoming, has a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with two 90 cm beds will offer you a comfortable space for the night.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant terrace and a small garden for your moments of relaxation.
A private parking space completes this offer, for a worry-free stay.

logement bien situé spacieux bien équipé pour 2 (le seul critère négatif assez sombre ) mais à part cela à recommander !
