The ocean and its 10 km of fine sand, Lake Aureilhan, water sports, hiking trails, but also mountain biking or golf. Everything is there for you to spend a pleasant holiday in a natural setting full of surprises. This gîte fitted out for 5 people is close to all amenities and only 5 km from the beaches. Le résinier is an independent gîte fitted out on the ground floor, with the owner's house on the site. The entrance to the land is through an electric gate with beep. The gîte is composed of a living room, serving as a living room-kitchen, lounge whose decoration refers to the profession of "resinier". The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove and gas oven with extractor, washing machine. The living room with a sofa bed, coffee table offers a wifi connection. The sleeping area offers 1 spacious bedroom with a 140 bed and 1 other bedroom divided into 2, whose partitions do not close all the way to the top but which ensure the privacy necessary for your stay with 1 140 bed and 1 90 bed.
