Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:40 [hidden] (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 9:00 [hidden]

Check out time from the apartment: no later than 11 am

4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, the kitchen must be left in its place, crockery washed and without rubbish.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.

6º.It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of all guests and sign the contract.

7th. Stay tax: €1 per person, per night and adult (only the first 7 nights are paid).

8th. Optional Wi-Fi is paid, price €5/day.
