The cottage has a large living room open to the outside and composed of an equipped kitchen area, a dining area, a living room with TV and DVD player, a convertible sofa, a WC independent with hand basin, 2 double bedrooms (160x200 beds), a twin bedroom (2 90x200 beds) and a bathroom with large extra flat tray, sink and WC. Outside, you will enjoy a 100 m² terrace overlooking nature with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, lawned and tree-lined areas with swings for children, volleyball/badminton/football pitch and pétanque. Private parking on site. Beds will be made upon your arrival, linen will be provided. Heating and electricity will be included in the price of your stay. However, bathroom linen is an additional option (€5/person). For some essential purchases, you will find a bread and fresh produce distributor in the village. In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, 10 minutes from Nigloland and Bar sur Aube, come and stay in the gite "Le Grand Clos", a spacious single-storey house accessible to people with reduced mobility and located under the sales/tasting shop of Champagne from the owners (On request, the winegrower and enthusiast owners will be happy to show you their profession). During your stay, you will be assured of calm while enjoying a green setting and the surrounding nature of a 7000 m² park.
