Enclosed terrace and access to the lawned garden. You will have at your disposal a ping-pong table as well as pétanque balls. This gîte is suitable for accompanied disabled people. Additional charges: electricity (including heating: €30/week from 01/10 to 30/04). For professional stays: 3 people maximum / sheets and cleaning required. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: champagne vineyard 3 km away, marked and wooded trails leaving from the gîte. 15 km from Troyes, 4 km from exit no. 20 of the A5. Comfortable cottage, separate from the owners' house, located in the heart of a grain farm.
