- Covered terrace with garden furniture

The villa is equipped with Wifi
END OF STAY CLEANING AND LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (Optional cleaning: 150 €/ Optional linen: see rates with the agency).
Pets allowed: 25€/week
A participation in charges of 25€/week will be required between mid-October and mid-June included.
A cleaning deposit of 150 € will be requested on arrival by bank imprint or check.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:

- Sheets SMALL bed per stay : 15 €.
- Towels per stay per person : 10 €.

Grand,fonctionnel et calme. Pas de route avec ce la circulation. une piste cyclable à côté pour atteindre la plage (12 min) et les communes autour (en été pensez à réserver votre vélo en avance). La région nous a bien plu et la maison aussi !

Une location conforme à nos attentes dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, avec très peu de passage, et très bien située à proximité des plages, des pistes cyclables et des commerces de proximité. La maison est correctement équipée pour passer un séjour agréable. Une piscine serait un plus non négligeable ! Nous gardons cette bonne adresse pour un prochain séjour.
