The Ker Beloüz cottage is a recent, independent house, ideally located 200 m from the beach and 900 m from the shops. 2 adult bicycles are available to enjoy the many walks in the surrounding area. Private parking on the property. Enclosed garden of 130 m² with wooden terrace (south facing).
Ground floor: living room with open fitted kitchen, laundry room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 attic bedrooms (1 and 2: 2 twin beds 90x190, 3: 160x200 bed) and shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, sound towers and pod coffee maker (Tassimo).
Included: electricity, aerothermal heating and sheets.
Not included: towels, end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax.
Pets accepted (2 maximum), not allowed upstairs.
