Old 18th century farmhouse renovated into 2 adjoining gîtes, surrounded by fields, next to the owners and another gîte. Shared unfenced land of 4000 m² adjoining an orchard, private terrace. Shared pétanque court, swing, slide, ping-pong table and badminton.
Ground floor: living room (wood stove) with open fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed) with sink, shower room, separate toilet.
2 mezzanines in glass partitions: 1 bedroom (2 90x190 beds), small bedroom (90x190 bed).
Equipment included: freezer, TV (foreign channels), DVD player, Hifi, complete baby equipment, Wifi (fiber), electric car charging point (with supplement).
Included: electric heating, sheets (beds made), household linen.
Not included: towels, wood, tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (€65).
