Former barn renovated into a gite respecting the building, quietly located 10 km from Ancenis and the banks of the Loire and 800 m from a leisure area with equipped and supervised beach in July/August (barbecue, picnic tables picnics, games for children, etc.). Owners' house on the same site.
Private parking in front of the cottage.
Private terrace (south/west facing) and common access to the owners' enclosed garden.
Ground floor: kitchen open to living room/living room (pellet stove), sofa bed in the living room, shower room/wc.
Mezzanine floor: 2 beds 140x190 + 2 beds 90x190.
Additional equipment: wifi, cot.
Included: sheets and towels.
Not included: electricity, pellets (€10 per 15 kg bag for around 2 days).
Animals on request. Non-smoking cottage.
