Old stable renovated into a gîte respecting the building, located in a quiet area, 10 km from Ancenis and the banks of the Loire and 800 m from a leisure area with a beach equipped and supervised in July/August (barbecue, picnic tables, games for children, etc.). Owners' house on the same site.
Private parking in front of the gîte.
Private terrace (facing South/West) and shared access to the owners' enclosed garden.
Ground floor: kitchen open to living room/dining room (pellet stove), sofa bed in the living room, shower room/wc.
Mezzanine floor: 2 beds 140x190 + 2 beds 90x190.
Additional equipment: wifi, baby bed.
Included: sheets and towels.
Not included: electricity, pellets (€10 per 15 kg bag for about 2 days).
Animals on request. Non-smoking gîte.
