In a quiet residence located in the center of Merville Franceville, apartment (studio cabin) that can accommodate 4 people (a sleeping area with a double bed (140 x 190) and a sofa bed (140 x 190).

Access to the residence can be done via the parking lot (with private parking) or via the gate giving access to the beach.

On the first floor, the bright apartment is located on the south side of the residence, it is composed of a living room with dining table, a sofa bed, a television, a sleeping area with a bed for two people (which allows not to open the sofa), a separate fitted and functional kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2-burner vitro hob, toaster, dishes, pots, ...), a bathroom with shower, sink, WC (hair dryer provided)

A south-facing balcony with garden furniture allows you to enjoy the Normandy sun.

You will find in the residence a bicycle room where two bicycles await you to visit the region !
