Description of the accommodation

The house located in Merville Franceville is a destination of choice for a family holiday or a weekend by the beach.
With its electric gate, and the possibility of parking two or three vehicles, you can enjoy your stay in complete peace.

Upon entering the house, you access a beautiful spacious living room with a lounge area equipped with a television and a wood stove for friendly evenings. The dining area can accommodate up to eight people and will provide the opportunity to enjoy pleasant moments of sharing during meals. The kitchen open to the living room will allow you to prepare your favorite dishes and is equipped with everything you need to cook: oven, hob, refrigerator and freezer.

The living room gives access to a veranda which offers a view of the enclosed garden located at the back of the house. This garden is perfect for offering you a moment of calm and sunny relaxation. With its small barbecue, it is ideal for friendly evenings with family or friends. Children can play in complete safety.

The bedroom on the ground floor has a private bathroom and a toilet. This room is comfortable, bright, and will allow you to start the day with peace of mind.

Upstairs, you will discover a bedroom equipped with a single bed that converts into a double bed (2 x 90 cm), a second bedroom equipped with a double bed (140), and a large third bedroom equipped with a sofa bed (140). A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the floor.

In the basement, a laundry area with washing machine.

The beach is located a stone's throw from the house (650 m), you can easily access it, stroll on the fine sand and enjoy the waves of the sea. For the more sporty, many activities are offered in the region: golf, horse riding, hiking, water sports, etc.

This holiday home is ideal for a successful holiday in Normandy, with its pleasant and relaxing setting, its comfort and accessibility to the beach.

It is located on the road to Cabourg, but once the gate is closed the children are not in danger and the garden is located at the back of the house so there is little disturbance.
