Description of the accommodation

By booking this property, you enter the universe of Mountain Collection Real Estate, the major real estate agency network in the Alps. Experience a unique stay in one of our chalets or apartments within the largest French ski areas.

Splendid 2 rooms, ski in/ski out

All the Chalets de Tara are located on Route de la Renarde, along the Doron trail.
A mini market, sports shop, restaurants are located 400m along route 1600.

Tara's cottages were built by Scotsman Peter Lindsay, founder of the resort in 1938. It takes up the key elements of the chalets of the architect Christian Durupt.

Located in one of the chalets, the Mini Ourson apartment, 30m2, is tastefully decorated.
It can accommodate up to 4 people.

- 1 double bedroom and a sofa bed (double bed also).
- 1 equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, raclette and fondue machine etc.
- 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Attention the ceiling height in the bathroom is not very important.
- Separate WC

A baby cot is available in the apartment if needed.

There is private parking but spaces are not assigned, it may be difficult to find a place. The Rond Point car park (indoor and for a fee) offers a fallback solution a little higher.

There is no ski locker strictly speaking but a dedicated and shared space in the entrance of the residence.

All of our apartments have a Wi-Fi connection.
Linen, bed linen and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning are included.
The entire Mountain Collection team is there to organize your holidays: transfers, ski equipment rental, ski passes, ski lessons, home delivery of groceries, home delivery of breakfast, chef, well-being and all other feasible requests.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:

Above the town center, the Morel/Altitude 1600 neighborhood offers quick access to the slopes. At the end of the road, by the Marie blanche, you can take the slope that brings you down to the Chaudanne. In addition, you can walk to the Morel  chairlift to reach the cross-country ski trails or pedestrian paths of the Altiport.
You are close to two ski rental shops, a mini market (providing bread) and several restaurants.
This area offers you everything you need for an unforgettable stay in the mountains. In addition, if you want to reach the heart of the resort, it only takes 3 minutes by the free town shuttle (Bus line C) or 10 minutes by foot.
