Shower room with Italian shower and separate toilet. 1 baby bed and high chair available.

Balcony, parking and enclosed courtyard in front of the house. Large garden of 1500 m² available. Garage on the ground floor not usable. Pétanque ground available.
Unheated swimming pool of 7m x 3.5m and depth of 0.90 m to 1.60 m. open from mid-May to October depending on the weather.
Possibility of using the communal tennis court. Motorway 1 km as the crow flies (double glazing). Near the natural site of the Etangs d'Or: walking trails and fishing reserve. Places to visit: Beaune and its Hospices, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Many festivals and events all year round. Restaurants and tasting cellars. The Voie des Vignes cycle route between Beaune and Santenay through the vineyards. Access to the house is via a few steps, which is why this cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
