Apartment of approximately 64m² facing south and composed of an entrance with storage, a living room with a large dining table, a 160x200cm sofa bed, a sofa, 2 armchairs and a flat screen TV on the wall, an independent kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a large American fridge freezer, a microwave, a traditional oven and an induction hob opening onto a small balcony. A bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed, TV, plenty of storage, a balcony and direct access to the bathroom with a toilet, washing machine, dryer and walk-in shower. A separate toilet.
