Huge terrace with gorgeous sea view, near from the city center and plage, however need to claim uphill every time. Swimming pool is nice.

Bon emplacement, vue superbe toutefois des améliorations à prévoir dans l'usage culinaire (spatules, raclette permettant de faire les vitres et la douche, couteau économe, pilon à écraser pour purée, casseroles et faitouts un peu juste en quantité, un petit mixer serait bienvenu) revoir pour l'aspirateur que nous n'avons pas pu utiliser. Sinon équipement satisfaisant même si les meubles de cuisine ont du vécu et commencent à souffrir. Nous avons apprécié les rangements et l'espace terrasse bien que la saison ne soit plus opportune pour son usage. Bon séjour.

"vue fantastique avec une immense terrasse L&#39,appartement est situé dans un ensemble de petits bâtiments sur la colline a 5 minutes à pied des plages, du port de plaisance et d&#39,un supermarché super U . Il est près de la vieille ville également. L&#39,environnement est très calme en cette période de l année (octobre). Le point le plus positif est la grande terrasse (plus grande que certains autres appartements dans l&#39,immeuble) avec une vue superbe . Le mobilier de jardin est très correct. L&#39,appartement est correct avec un équipement basique. On imagine quand même mal la cohabitation de 6 personnes vu que les WC se trouvent dans la salle de douche et que le canapé pour 2 personnes est dans la cuisine , salle à manger. Les éléments de la cuisine intégrée sont un peu anciens."
