Its advantage is that it is a 5-minute walk from the beaches and the city center with local shops (bakeries, supermarket, restaurants (Chinese, kebab, Belgian, Italian, Turkish, Japanese, ...), rotisserie, cafes, pharmacy, ...). The SNCF train station is about 15 minutes (850 meters) away on foot, and the bus is 3 minutes away. WIFI included and eco-friendly fiber bed linen offered.
