To recharge your batteries, you also benefit from a 1,000m² lake, ideal for family fishing (roach, tench and carp).
This cottage is independent. It benefits from a breathtaking view of the Mayenne valley below, and a landscaped area of 8,000m².

You will not lack activities: very close to the towpath, a few kilometers from the Refuge de l'Arche in Château-Gontier, the Tatin Museum in Craon, or even the Flèche zoo. In Château-Gontier, you have a very recent aquatic complex (all activities), at the port you can rent boats for the day and bicycles (muscular and electric).
The cottage is 1.5km from the towpath, Vélo Francette®.
Mezzanine with reading corner and possibility of additional sleeping for 2 people. BBC wooden house, using renewable energy and ecological building materials.
On the ground floor: living room with terrace access 31m², fitted kitchen very well equipped for cooking, family suite 14m² with a 160*200 bed, private bathroom, a bedroom with 2 twin beds 90*200 (possibility of bringing 180*200 bed together ), shower room, separate toilet, wellness area with spa. Upstairs, mezzanine with sofa-futon.
Weekly rental from Friday to Friday, or weekends outside school holidays.
Complete baby equipment: travel cot, changing mat, bath ring, bathtub, 1 high chair and 1 booster seat.
Electric vehicle charging point on reinforced socket (option)

Pets not accepted. The entire cottage is accessible to people with reduced mobility: living rooms, two bedrooms, shower room and WC.
