MENDIONDE - C609 - Detached house that can accommodate up to 8 people, at the entrance to the village of Mendionde, just 30 minutes from the Basque coast, this beautiful residence will be ideal for holidays with family or friends. Enjoy the 2,040m² garden and the view of the Basque mountains.
Ground floor offering 1 large bedroom (160 bed), with adjoining dressing room - Bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet. Large living room with TV adjoining the open and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave ...). Laundry room with washing machine and garden equipment (barbecue, deckchairs ...). Upstairs offering a library area (board games ...) with small balcony. 3 large bedrooms with 160 beds and a shower room with toilet.
INTERNET ACCESS - PETS NOT ALLOWED
Bed linen and towels are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency)
The rental must be returned clean (possibility of arranging a paid cleaning service)
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out at each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers all have 24 hours to report to us anything that they believe is not compliant, or anything that our services have forgotten to report.
If the tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will allow us to confirm that everything is working and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the tenants have actually left.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/one week: €5.
- Final cleaning C609: €200.
- Additional room C609: €150.
