Open kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Shower/WC. Electric heating. The living room is a farmhouse lounge. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The garage is available for storage only. The land includes 2 vacation rentals FR3060.300.1 and FR3060.301.1 whose gardens are separated by a fence.
