1 hour from Clermont-Ferrand and 40 minutes from Puy-en-Velay, on the edge of the Allier gorges is the pretty village of Mazeyrat-d'Allier; it is at the place called Le Monteil, where absolute calm reigns, that Thierry and Isabelle welcome you to this beautiful family home. The building, with its typical architecture, located on a 200 m² plot of land that is entirely enclosed and grassed, also has a covered terrace and a secure motorcycle garage. Inside, the harmonious decoration contributes to bringing an extremely pleasant and warm "family home" atmosphere.
On-site activity: hiking, biking or motorbike trails.

Just 5 minutes away: the small town of Langeac and its many shops, markets, the Allier gorges, fishing, white water, tourist train on the Cévennes line, Romanesque churches, hilltop villages...

A little further: The Château de Chavaniac-Lafayette and its park (10 minutes), the Mont Mouchet Resistance Museum, the town of Puy-en-Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings...

Included in the price: Heating, sheets, towels and table linen. The entrance is through a hall serving on one side the living room and on the other a dining room with a wood stove which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen.

On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms equipped with a double bed and a bathroom-wc.

A second bathroom (shower-wc) is fitted in the motorcycle garage.

The owners live in the same hamlet which makes it easier for any request and identification of bicycle or motorcycle circuits.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, an end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the heating of the cottage is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on site to the hosts)
