Located in the heart of a quiet little village, this traditional village house has been pleasantly restored and has a small closed lawned courtyard of 44 m² overlooking the back of the building.
A few kilometers from a major axis and the Allier gorges, in the immediate vicinity of the birthplace of the famous Marquis de La Fayette, set off to discover wild nature and a rich heritage.
Nearby: Chavaniac-Lafayette 3 km away (castle, botanical garden), Langeac 12 km away (Allier gorges, Jacquemart museum, swimming in the river, all shops and services). On the ground floor, the cottage consists of a living room (TV) with kitchen area (wood stove, free wood), an independent living room (TV, DVD player) giving direct access to the private courtyard and a a bathroom with closed wc.
The bedrooms are on the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90 (TV), 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 90, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90.
A small bathroom with wc completes the layout.
