South of the Sarthe countryside, independent house on the host's property, between Tours and Le Mans, close to the 24H circuit, the zoo of La Flèche (25 mins), near the forest of Bercé and its many trails, the castle of Lude, 1 hour from the Châteaux of the Loire and the main vineyards of the region.
Ideal place for nature lovers and fishing in the lake of the commune.
Capacity: 2 people (cot for child possible).
On the ground floor, large bright living room with bay window opening onto the landscaped garden (shared land).
Equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge/freezer).
Living room: sofa, TV usable by connecting to the occupant's personal account (HDMI cable provided), wifi from shared data of the laptop.
Wood stove, basket of logs provided free of charge for two days in the cold season. Italian shower, towel dryer and washing machine. 1 separate toilet.
On the mezzanine: 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), 1 reading corner.
Small independent terrace, large garden available with deckchairs.
