The furniture is composed of antique oak and wrought iron furniture which gives a warm atmosphere. The view of the Douze valley and the calm make it an exceptional setting for a guaranteed rest. Without forgetting that here, you can discover the production of the estate: wines, Armagnac and flocs. Independent gîte on the ground floor offers Living room, kitchen, shower room, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 80, 1 bed 160), unfenced land, garden furniture, barbecue, covered terrace, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, television, DVD, electric heating, insert, laptop. Fireplace wood offered. For your comfort; the beds are made, linen and towels are provided. Housekeeping service offered. 2 bottles of wine from the property and a mignonette of Armagnac are offered on arrival (alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume in moderation).
