On the ground floor, a large living room has a lounge with a wood stove and a sofa bed. The lounge opens onto the equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Shower room with shower and toilet (accessible to people with reduced mobility).

Upstairs, you will enjoy 5 bedrooms: the first bedroom has a 140x190 bed, the second bedroom has two 90x200 beds, the third has 3 90x200 beds, the fourth and fifth bedrooms each have two 90x200 beds.

You can park your car in the enclosed courtyard. Non-smoking cottage. In the Chevreuse Valley Natural Park, the cottage is located at the foot of the Maurepas Keep, a listed historical monument dating from the 11th century. The cottage is located in the old village, at the foot of the Tower, not far from the Courance basin.

The "La Verrière" train station, 3km away, can take you without changing to Versailles, Rambouillet, Saint Quentin en Yvelines, Paris Montparnasse (TGV, Metro), Paris La Défense (RER, Metro) (JO, Olympic Games 2024)… A bus runs between the Keep and the station.
18 km from Versailles (a City, a Castle, the city of the French art of living with its many historical sites to discover), and 7 km from the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines golf course. Saint Quentin en Yvelines National Velodrome 13 km away.

The cottage has an external access ramp, and the ground floor has no steps including in the first bathroom.
For pétanque enthusiasts, a field has been integrated into the property.
