Nice 3-room apartment, equipped for 6 people, it includes a living room with a sofa bed (140 cm), a separate kitchen, a beachfront terrace, and upstairs two bedrooms—one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm)—a bathroom, and separate toilet.

Towels and bed linen available upon request with payment on site, optional cleaning service. Pets allowed free of charge.

The seaside resort of Carnon-Plage is the closest resort to Montpellier (13 km, about a 15-minute drive). It is a family-friendly resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte, where you will find numerous activities. You can also find shops and restaurants along the beach or at the port. Local markets are held three times a week during the summer season, and a craft market is present at the port every Wednesday.

The property is ideally located between the port and the beach, with a view of the gardens.
