Très déçu pour la location de cet appartement

Appartement pas très propre . Dans la salle de bain beaucoup de moisissures dans la douche . Volet roulant chambre adulte cassé, télévision ne fonctionne pas : agence Santoni avertie,une employée est venue ,elle n’a pas pu faire fonctionné la télévision donc pas de télé le vendredi soir le samedi matin un réparateur est venu c’était le câble qui a été changé.Dans la cuisine les plaques de cuisson sont toutes rouillées.Enfin si on avait pu voir les commentaires des locataires précédents laissés dans l’appartement au propriétaire on n’aurait pas loué ce bien . Dans l’entrée dans une penderie il y a une grande enveloppe avec écrit dessus notices des appareils ménagers mais rien aucunes notices dans l’enveloppe.Enfin pour ce qui est de l’enviironnement appartement proche des commerces ,plage : bien située et parking fermé dans la résidence
