250m from the beach, small semi-detached holiday home in a gated residence with a pool.
On the ground floor: Living room with sofa bed, table, chairs, TV.
Kitchen area (microwave, electric hob, refrigerator, coffee maker,...). Bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
On the first floor: one bedroom with a double bed and a cabin area with 2 bunk beds.
Wooden terrace with garden furniture. Private parking.
Simple comfort and furnishings. Pets allowed.
Possibility of Internet connection (extra charge).
Pool (7m x 3m) open in July and August, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm.
The residence has a pool. However, if the pool were not to open due to technical or health reasons, the tenant would not be entitled to any refund.
Not included in the rental: final cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby cot, high chair, tourist tax, pet supplement.

Pets accepted: only one animal allowed. It is mandatory to inform the agency at the time of booking, otherwise the animal will not be accepted. The supplement must be paid on the day of arrival.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- Animals : 25 €.
- Housekeeping (option) : 60 €.
