Description of the accommodation

Nice flat on the second and last floor. You will find:
A living room with a sofa, TV.
A loggia with a dining area.
A fully equipped kitchen area: electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, fridge-freezer...
A bathroom: shower, sink, washing machine. Separate toilet.
One bedroom with a large bed.
Upstairs: 2 additional bedrooms: one with a large bed, the other with 2 single beds.
Numbered parking outside the residence.
Pets not allowed.
Possibility of Internet connection (extra charge).
The residence has a swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September). However, if the pool were not to open due to technical or health reasons, the tenant will not be entitled to any refund.
Not included in the rental: final cleaning, sheets, towels, baby cot, high chair, tourist tax.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- Internet minibox per week : 39 €.
- Housekeeping (option) : 75 €.
- Sheet rental per bed/week : 14 €.
- Towel rental per person/week : 10 €.

Appartement bien la climatisation est pas suffisante mais a au moins le merite d'y etre. la place réservée pour la voiture est à l extérieur de la résidence et est beaucoup trop étroite, nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser mais un parking est à proximité.
