In a residence with direct access to the beach and close to amenities, studio with cabin for 4 people.
Sleeping area in the entrance with 2 bunk beds.
Living room with sofa bed, TV, table, chairs, and air cooler.
Kitchen area with fridge/freezer, microwave, mini oven, electric hob, extractor hood, electric coffee maker, dishes,...
Bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet.
Terrace with garden furniture and small deck chairs. Overlooks a campsite.
Parking in the residence closed by an electric gate.
Possibility of Internet connection (extra charge).
Pets allowed.
Not included in the rental: final cleaning, bed sheets, towels, baby cot, high chair, tourist tax, supplement for pets.

Pets allowed: only one pet allowed. It is mandatory to inform the agency at the time of booking, otherwise, the pet will not be accepted. The supplement must be paid on the day of arrival.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- Internet minibox per week : 39 €.
- Animals : 25 €.
- Housekeeping (option) : 50 €.

Logement très pratique proche de tout, pieds dans l eau. A mi chemin entre marseillan plage et la plage naturiste du cap d agde. Confort du logement: moyen.
