Non-enclosed bedroom with a double bed and a small window.
Living room with sofa bed, furniture, and television set.
Open kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle.
Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.
Terrace with awning and garden furniture.
Private parking.
Pets not allowed.
The residence has a swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September). However, if the pool were not to open due to technical or health reasons, the tenant will not be entitled to any refund.
Not included in the rental: final cleaning, sheets, towels, baby cot, high chair, tourist tax.
