VERY NICE DUPLEX WITH GARAGE in a residence 40m from the sea.
Lots of space.
Living room with single sofa bed, TV, table and chairs.
Open kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob, electric coffee maker.
Bedroom with double bed, 2 bedside tables.
Bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet.
Mezzanine with double sofa bed and single sofa bed.
Terrace with garden furniture and clear view.
Garage. Pets allowed.
Not included in the rental: final cleaning, sheets, towels, baby cot, high chair, tourist tax, supplement for pets.

Pets allowed: only one animal allowed. It is mandatory to inform the agency when booking, otherwise, the animal will not be accepted. The supplement must be paid on the day of arrival.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- Animals : 25 €.
- Internet minibox per week : 39 €.
