Description of the accommodation

In the immediate vicinity of the Abbey of Fontenay, a jewel of UNESCO world heritage, large house with 2 renovated adjoining gîtes, on a plot of 3 hectares. Tiled ground floor: fitted kitchen open to the living room with dining room and bright lounge offering a sofa bed for 2 people. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with parquet flooring (1 double bed). Shower room with WC. Parking on the property and use of the large shared enclosed land with fruit trees. Possibility of renting the 2 gîtes for 10 people. Small pets accepted only on request. Ideal location, close to the communication routes and major tourist sites of the region. The gîte is close to a road and a railway line but its very good insulation allows you to enjoy it without suffering the nuisances.

Charges and supplements: Sheets: €14 for a double bed - End of stay cleaning: €40 - Bathroom linen: €5 for the stay per person - Electric heating and electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh/day included)

To do on site: Fontenay Abbey, the Burgundy Canal cycle route (bike rental at the Montbard tourist office). Nearby: MuséoParc Alésia, the medieval villages of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain and Semur en Auxois, Montbard, town of the naturalist Buffon (museum and forges), Amphitrite Water Park.
